Terms of Service
I take payments through PayPal invoicing, it's the only viable option in my country! Please keep that in mind when buying from me. Alternatives can be discussed.► I take payment upfront - we decide on what will be drawn, I do the basic sketch and send it to you, change anything if needed and you pay via PayPal invoice. Alternative options can be discussed. I won't continue working until full payment (or partial payment, with bigger artworks) is received, and I will send you WIP images with progress I make.► you can re-upload and use the finished commission for non-commercial and non-profit purposes, as long as proper credit is given, do NOT claim as your own art (I do not allow usage of my art for any commercial or profit activities. Do not commission me at all if you support generative AI, NFT or crypto.)► I ask that the artwork isn't significantly altered once completed, if there's anything you want changed during or after the process, I do changes for free to an extent (minor edits like colors / details are always perfectly fine for you to do)► if there are difficulties preventing me from finishing the piece, I will cancel your commission and give you a refund based on how much progress I was able to make. (you of course keep whatever I did have for you).► I will typically not do refunds otherwise (I do not have the capacity to at the moment) so please be 100% sure if you want to work with me!► I can refuse a commission for any reason, whether I'm not comfortable drawing what you ask for or simply unable to take on the order at that time► I always update my Patreon supporters with what I'm working on, and after the piece is done I upload it to my socials, you have to specify if you'd rather I don't publish it or be marked as 'anonymous'► if a character design is too complex for me to draw, I will simplify their design (if that's not allowed I'll have to refuse)► if you'd like to include a character of mine in your commission, I don't charge the additional character fee► prices listed in my guide are base prices, they will increase depending on the complexity of the piece / character designBy purchasing art from me you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you fail to follow them you will be blacklisted.
Please remember that I am a university student and art is only a hobby for me, it may take weeks or even months for me to complete your commission. It's difficult for me to stay motivated to work due to many factors.
Drawing is also a cathartic activity of mine, so please don't be upset if I draw for myself before finishing your commission.
I will always get back to you sooner or later, you can ask my previous clients if you wish for a second opinion.
